When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication data needed to sign you in securely. When you use EngagementPhotos, we also store the prompts you submit, the images returned to you, billing status, and usage metadata such as selected model and credits consumed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to operate the service, fulfill image generation requests, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve product quality. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

EngagementPhotos relies on carefully selected infrastructure and payment providers. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

  • Supabase — Authentication, profile data, and application storage.
  • Creem — Payment processing and subscription management.
  • Runware — AI model inference for image generation workflows.

Each third-party provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

4. Storage, Security, and Retention

Your data is stored using cloud infrastructure protected by industry-standard safeguards, access controls, and encrypted transport. We retain account, billing, and generated image data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from your Dashboard settings. 6. Cookies and Essential Service Data

We use essential cookies and local session data for authentication, account continuity, and core application behavior. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
